TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Valasht Lake with its depth ranging from 7 to 28 meters and a height of 1,000 meters above the Caspian Sea level is located about 30 kilometers northeast of Kelardasht in Northern Province of Mazandaran.
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The aqueducts of Kish date back to 2500 years ago and provided the islanders’ drinking water. Today, it has been transformed into an amazing underground city, with an area of 10,000 square meters.
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Dolphin Park or Dolphinarium located on Kish island, south of Iran, is the first dolphin park in Iran. The huge recreational and tourist complex with 100 hectares area is located in the southeast of the island.
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Tous Museum is located 29 kilometers northwest of the holy city of Mashhad, northeast of Iran, on Mashhad-Ghochan Road. It features the historic mausoleum of Iranian great poet, Ferdowsi.
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Abu Hamid bin Abu Bakr Ibrahim-Attar, (1110 – 1221), born in Neyshabur was a Persian poet, theoretician of Sufism during the Seljuq period. His tomb is in Iran’s northeastern city of Neyshabur.
